Suzie's Closet

This is how it works. We take new and used medical equipment donations. We clean and repair this equipment and find new homes for it. These items are loaned based on the need of the individual. We provide short term and long term loans. Contact Us or Call 828-697-7644 to request or donate items.

This fund was founded in memory of Janet Marie Tipton and Jacob Lyda. These two children lived short but valuable lives. This fund provides families and individuals with travel assistance when they must travel outside their area for medical treatment. Our organization builds ramps for families who need access in and out of their homes. We raise the funds, organize volunteer teams and build the ramps from the ground up. All ramps are built to ADA regulations and at no cost to the family.

This is a fun way for families to get involved with Suzie's Closet on a more personal level. You donate your self created works of art, framed or matted. This art is taken to exhibits, and other fundraising opportunities and sold to raise money for Suzie's Closet. This is something that families, individuals, churches, schools, and other organizations can get involved in. If you would like more information on this program contact us
