Suzie's Closet

Suzie's Closet was founded in 2003 by nine year old Suzanna Tipton who has a diagnosis of Severe Spastic Quadraplegia Cerebral Palsy.  She looked at  her own needs as well as those around her and Suzie's Closet was born. Since 2003 her program has grown and offers a variety of services to her community. • Suzie's Closet is looking for someone to volunteer their services to plan, coordinate and impliment a volunteer program to improve our ability to serve the community in the best possible way.If you are interested in this volunteer position contact us or call 828-697-7644. Ask for Angela.

Jacob Lyda- son of Duane and Retha Lyda. Jacob spent his life making everyone smile! Jacob's diagnosis was Trisomy 19q. He lived to be 16 Years old!

Evan Tipton- Evan is a fun loving young man who loves learning. Evan has Prader-Willi Syndrome.

Suzie Tipton- 14 years old, Suzie is the founder and the brains of Suzie's Closet. Her caring heart and love for her community shine through in all she does.
